- Full Name: To identify you on voucher slots.
- Email Address: To deliver voucher booking codes and invoices.
- Phone Number: To contact you via phone or WhatsApp to coordinate payments.
- Exam Preference: To find the correct voucher code type.
2. Purpose of Collection
Your personal data is collected solely for processing voucher slot bookings, verifying transaction payments, coordinating voucher code deliveries, and answering exam enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing newsletters or third-party ads.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your collected information is securely stored inside our database infrastructure managed by Supabase, encrypted using standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) in transit, and protected by Cloud security rules.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with external marketers or search index brokers. Access to your details is restricted solely to authorized Vouchrr team members who fulfill voucher orders.
5. Data Retention Period
We retain personal data for a period of up to 12 months after your voucher booking order is marked complete, to assist with refund logs or validity audits. Following this period, data is anonymized or deleted from our servers.
6. Your Rights under the DPDP Act 2023
As a data principal, you have the following rights under India's DPDP Act:
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Right to Correction: You can ask us to update or correct inaccurate details.
- Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the removal of your personal data from our servers.
